Episode synopsis
When Valerie's mother is unexpectedly called away for the weekend, Joe and Valerie face the prospect of spending their first night together; Joe's dilemma is that he loves Valerie too much to stay and he's afraid of what the guys will think if he doesn't.
About Joe and Valerie
Joe, who works at his dad's plumbing store, meets Valerie at a disco and a romance begins. But Joe's roommates, hearse driver Paulie and chauvinist Frankie interfer as does Valerie's divorced mother Stella with whom she lives.
