Chef Edward Lee and the Country Family make a special abalone porridge for the haenyeos. When the Country members are a bit disappointed with a simple dish, Edward adds ingredients that give it a special kick. What is his special recipe? The next day, they head to a leaf mustard field in Dolsan and harvest fresh leaf mustard. They learn various leaf mustard recipes from a leaf-mustard master and try a full-course meal.
