Episode synopsis
Devastated by the death of her son Tobias, Elena sheds all the tears in her soul over his corpse and promises to bring justice to him and to her son Daniel, who is in a coma. Upon receiving congratulations from his superior for his work as a prosecutor, Roberto's mind travels back to a painful past. The lawyer sadly recalls the days he spent by his sister's side, never imagining that she would die. Face to face with Elena to try to ease her pain after the death of one of her children, Luciana talks about her personal tragedy. The psychologist explains that, despite her grandmother's hopes, everything indicates that her father committed fraud. Disturbed by her son's strange behavior, Inés reunites him with Memo and Enrique to reveal the crime he committed with his cousin. Adrián cannot contain his remorse and confesses to his father that they are the ones responsible for running over the two young men on the road.

Luciana, a psychologist, is torn between love and loyalty. After being rescued from a robbery by prosecutor Roberto Roldán, they feel a strong connection. However, Roberto is investigating a hit-and-run involving Adrián Ferrer, whose father, Enrique Ferrer, is the presidential candidate and Luciana’s godfather. As Roberto gets closer to the truth, Enrique’s future is at risk. Luciana must choose between supporting Roberto in his quest for justice or protecting her family.
