Episode synopsis
Todoroki (Nakamura Toru) asks Kiriishi (Oikawa Mitsuhiro) to corner the mayor, Otobe (Takashima Masanobu), who was involved in the cover-up of the bus accident. Uzaki (Mamiya Shotaro) accompanies Kiriishi, who has infiltrated the city.
