Episode synopsis
Lavinia no longer trusts the police's investigation and decides to find the true culprit in Camilla's death on her own. She works to exonerate Kevin, clashing with the law firm where she works, but especially with her husband Matteo. Her investigations reveal inconsistencies in the behavior of several people who frequented her daughter, such as her friend Valentina and her ex-boyfriend... Everyone seems to have something to hide. Matteo also continues his investigation, which focuses on a prostitution ring.

Lavinia and Matteo are a close-knit couple whose equilibrium is shattered when a tragedy befalls them: their daughter Camilla, only eighteen years old, is found lifeless in a cornfield outside the city. The arrest of Kevin, a boy of African origin with a few priors, triggers several questions. While Matteo is convinced, Lavinia seems to believe there is another truth.
