Episode synopsis
The Santovito family is falling apart: Lavinia and Matteo are increasingly estranged, while Roberto steals his father's service pistol to take justice into his own hands. Meanwhile, Lavinia must accept what seems like an inescapable reality: Kevin is guilty, all the evidence against him. Is this really the case? Or is there an alternative truth? What if Matteo himself were to question his own certainties?

Lavinia and Matteo are a close-knit couple whose equilibrium is shattered when a tragedy befalls them: their daughter Camilla, only eighteen years old, is found lifeless in a cornfield outside the city. The arrest of Kevin, a boy of African origin with a few priors, triggers several questions. While Matteo is convinced, Lavinia seems to believe there is another truth.
