Joan Lunden goes behind closed doors with an elite green beret swat team inside the U.S. Special Forces Training Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Lunden dons her fatigues and takes an insider's look at the original A-Team, the soldiers who stand ready 24-7 for covert missions behind enemy lines. Joan gains first-hand experience at survival school where she learns different methods for staying alive including, how to make a fire, what insects to eat and participates in an exercise of helo extraction—an emergency evacuation method. Survival school prepares soldiers for the worst case scenario when lost behind enemy lines.
