Episode synopsis
Avli resolves the village’s water crisis and receives praise from the Collector. However, political manoeuvres by Anna and Dadarav led to a no-confidence motion against her. In the end, Dadarav forgives her and entrusts her with the responsibility of leading the village as its Sarpanch.

The story follows Avli and Dadarao, a couple from Dongav Boodruk village. Dadarao, a two-term Sarpanch deeply rooted in politics, believes his wife Avli an educated yet modest homemaker lacks understanding. When the Sarpanch seat is reserved for OBC women, he reluctantly nominates her. After Avli wins, she gradually realises her strength and responsibilities, taking charge of village affairs while balancing her household. As she grows into her role, Dadarao’s male ego is challenged, and he ultimately accepts her leadership. The story portrays Avli’s empowerment and their shared journey of transformation.
