Stu have hearing instincts that can detect everything around the town, but his hearing instinct gets a little too much, as Stu ends up with a group of bad alley pigeons.

The series involves an anxious, careful, and kind of a "neat-freak" rat named Ratty, and a big strong fearless and trustworthy pigeon named Stu, as they both live together in an apartment, sometimes they do things their own way in town, but they are still friends either way.
