Episode synopsis
Having served as the head of the internal medicine department for years, İnan, now admitted as a patient, struggles to understand both himself and the man he has become over the years. As the administration prepares to implement new security and communication protocols in the hospital due to the rising incidents of violence against healthcare workers, Ilgaz and Neslihan take action to rid themselves of İnan forever. Meanwhile, the condition of a young patient whose diagnosis remains elusive continues to worsen despite all interventions, and İnan's instincts—now that he can no longer officially practice medicine—give the case an entirely new direction. However, the cost of this move will be paid by an unexpected person, leaving Elif right in the middle of a grueling ordeal where she will question both her professional future and the trust she has placed in İnan.
