Episode synopsis
PING and YUNG go to FAI’s piano performance. Before the performance, PING is astounded that FAI has known her identity. Her heart is torn apart when FAI says that she is the most hated person in his life. Actually, PO discloses the secret to FAI for revenge; YUNG slaps PO in anger after knowing PO’s work. For that, PO hates PING even more. FAI cancels the performance; he breaks his left hand fingers in order not to play piano again. PING blames herself as a doctor tells her that FAI no longer has the physical ability to play piano. PO avoids seeing YUNG intentionally. As a result of some clue, CHING figures out that PO will go to see FAI in hospital. PO and PING have gone missing; YUNG receives a call from LAW PAU, head of gangsters in those days; he leaves immediately. After knowing that PING is her mother, PO feels guilty for making FAI breaking his fingers.… ...

Ko Chung Ching (Michael Miu), an ex-policeman, quit his job to set up a private investigation company two years ago, right after his son Tsun Sing went missing because of a slap while Miu was searching for the "Rose Killer". His subordinates include Man Kai Ching Super (Power Chan), Man Tai Po (Bernice Liu) and Lam Yan Yan (Vivien Yeo).Kenneth Ma plays the cop who takes on Miu's "Rose Killer" case. Ching works and carries on looking for Sing. He meets Lai Siu (Melissa Ng) the manager of a group of part-time actors. She learns by chance that she was involved in Sing's disappearance, and as such feels guilty, so agrees to help find Sing. She uncovers a few clues and finds out Sing's disappearance is connected to Sing's divorced wife and good friend Lau Kwok Wai (Wong Chi Yin). Ching is shocked by the truth...
