Hugo is to attend his first interdepartmental Brexit meeting as Under Secretary of State for Leaving the European Union (Relationship Strategy), and graciously invites Gavin to carry his box. Meanwhile, an elder statesman arrives at DExEU to offer Clive guidance on the burning issues of the day.
