Recording artist Ciara spent her younger days singing, dancing and recording her first single. New York Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia spent his time in high school being the class clown -- until he was drafted to the Cleveland Indians. Singer Debi Nova left Costa Rica to follow her dreams in America.
