On this episode of 'When I Was 17,' we take a look back on the teenage years of Kevin Jonas, Katharine McPhee and Bret Michaels. Before he became a member of one of the hottest boy bands in America, Kevin Jonas vaulted his way to track team glory. American Idol runner-up Katharine McPhee spent her time in high school getting heated up over some fireworks. True to form, rock legend Bret Michaels got romantic in the oddest of places when he was 17.
