This week on "Running Man," the members must undergo rigorous training to acquire their powers and become superheroes. They eventually form the Running Man Avengers and begin the race. They are quite shocked as Sung Hoon reveals his power. Moreover, the race becomes intense as Dong Hyun appears as a special guest.
