Episode synopsis
OLD LADY KAM sends CHI CHUNG to bring LING home but LING refuses. Alert at LING's strangeness and her private talks with CHI CHUNG, CHING suspects her to be the traitor and informs CHOR. To divert the KAMs' attention so that he can search around their mansion CHOR informs them that he will steal the DRAGON ROD. Though the KAMs are well equipped, CHOR succeeds to steal the rod but fails to find the EMPEROR. Blamed by OLD LADY KAM to have stolen her rod, CHOP points out that it is still in her mansion. Furious, she brings LING away. Missing LING, WU rushes to the KAMs' Mansion but is chased away by OLD LADY KAM. Persuaded by LING, WU leaves reluctantly. After resting for a few months, HANG leaves the temple and comes across CHOR, Convinced by CHOR who analyzes the prevailing situation, HANG joins his alliance.

The New Adventures of Chor Lau-heung is a Hong Kong television series adapted from Chu Liuxiang Xinzhuan of Gu Long's Chu Liuxiang novel series. Michael Miu starred as the titular protagonist, Chor Lau-heung. The series was first broadcast on TVB from 12 November 1984 to 4 January 1985. It was rerun in Hong Kong on TVB Jade from February 1 to March 30 in 2006.
