Episode synopsis
The wanted criminal, THOMAS, points out that CHUNG had concealed KI's identity in WING's case. THOMAS could then escape from heavy punishment. CHUNG is then suspended from office temporarily. WAI sends KWONG to follow TEDDY. TEDDY asks his subordinates to teach KWONG a lesson. They even throw his pistol to the sea. MAN buys KWONG a toy pistol for disguise. KEE back to Hong Kong. He finds out that TEDDY and FUI by pass him and make counterfeit paper? note. He shoots FUI to death and forces FUI to swallow the counterfeit paper notes. TEDDY swears that he will take revenge. The police finds FUI's dead body . They suspect that it was done by the triad.

The Criminal Investigator II is a 1996 Hong Kong police procedural television drama. Produced by Jonathan Chik and edited by Chow Yuk-ming and Chiu Ching-yung, the drama is a TVB production and the direct sequel to 1995's The Criminal Investigator. The story follows a team of investigators from the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau unit of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force.
