Episode synopsis

Doing an assignment completely carefree he enters into a hostage situation, meeting Admiral Hanner, Emi, Yumi, and Commander Star. Due to insane luck while the situation escalates by both, the terrorists activating a time bomb, and the UPSF arming their weapons on the building ready to fire, Tylor resolves the situation with only two injuries, and zero fatalities.

The perfect plan... until he wandered into a hostage situation and somehow managed to save an admiral!
