Episode synopsis
ICAC accuses CHOI and HONG of corruption case and they both plead not guilty. HONG does not understand why the female emcee, HELEN has become a tainted witness as to frame him up. HIM decides to investigate HELEN. HON brings along the transcript bill to meet TUNG at a small food store. When his wife knows that it costs to appeal, she strongly opposes TUNG to appeal. HON reads through the transcript and the verdict carefully and finally find the grounds of appeal. TUNG is thrilled to know that there is a hope to reverse the verdict. On the appeal date, HON reaches the High Court confidently. When knowing that SHUI-HING, the judge who is famous for being severe, will handle the case. HON gets worried… HIM finds HELEN’s mother, PING and convinces her to be the witness. HIM finds FISHERMAN and inquires in details about the situation on the day of the draw.
