The April 20, 2010, Deepwater Horizon explosion is revisited one year later with Courtney Kemp and Shelly Anderson (widows of two workers killed in the explosion), Earnest Cannon (Shelly's attorney), Kenneth Feinberg (administrator of the BP Deepwater Horizon Disaster Victim Compensation Fund) and Craig Taffaro, (President of St. Bernard Parish in Louisiana). Also, CNN special correspondent Philippe Cousteau reports from Grand Isle, Louisiana.
