A mysterious black hole opens up above New Stellac City, and the Heroes go to investigate. Upon arrival, not only do almost all the villains show up they've met so far, but their worst enemy, Von Nebula also looms over them.

Based around the LEGO toy line of the same name, Hero Factory is set in a place known as Makuhero City. Here, Heroes are built in the Hero Factory and sent on missions around the universe, dealing with a variety of galactic problems such as alien infestations, natural disasters, and criminals.
