Episode synopsis
KWAI has joined a bowling club. She demands TUNG to pay the $2,000 membership fee for her. TUNG does as told, for he would rather do so than tell her how he and YEE are going. PAN is in YEE’s home fixing a burst pipe when she is home. KWAI goes out to let PAN and YEE have some time of their own. KWAI encourages YEE to find a boyfriend, but she says she already has one, who is a pilot. PAN checks out with KWAI about YEE’s likes and dislikes before inviting her to a candle-lit dinner. He intends to express his love for her, yet he gets drunk before he can do so. YEE takes him home. There is a photo of PAN and his ex-girlfriend in the sitting room. YEE is surprised to see that she and his girlfriend look very alike. PAN finds a note written by YEE when he wakes up the next morning.

Chung Kwok-Chu is a renowned food critic and an assistant editor-in-chief of a newspaper, Ko Jim Daily. When his son, Si-Hon returns from Canada, Chu is disappointed to find that Si Hon intends to become a chef rather than taking up a professional career. His attempts to guide his son away are thwarted when Shum Bui-yee, a well-known and respected chef, reluctantly accepts Si-Hon as her assistant. Meanwhile, Kwok-Chu struggles to keep peace amongst extended family members.
