Episode synopsis
TUNG has prepared a speech for his wedding. MING cannot help but feel sorry for YEE after reading the script by chance. TUNG would like to invite CHUN to be his best man. MEI-CHING asks YEE to discourage CHUN. YEE has left CHUN a voice message. TUNG is puzzled by its content. ANN advices JESSIE not to cover anything up from TUNG. JESSIE believes YEE has talked to her mother. HOI-YEE tells KWAI YEE is meeting up with CHUN. TUNG goes to where YEE and CHUN are meeting. JESSIE calls. YEE questions why CHUN has to agree to be TUNG’s best man. He replies that he could not find an excuse to turn TUNG down, assuring her he will not show up at the wedding. JESSIE tells TUNG about her abortion and her relationship with CHUN. This is such a big blow to him that he would rather she never tell him the truth.

Chung Kwok-Chu is a renowned food critic and an assistant editor-in-chief of a newspaper, Ko Jim Daily. When his son, Si-Hon returns from Canada, Chu is disappointed to find that Si Hon intends to become a chef rather than taking up a professional career. His attempts to guide his son away are thwarted when Shum Bui-yee, a well-known and respected chef, reluctantly accepts Si-Hon as her assistant. Meanwhile, Kwok-Chu struggles to keep peace amongst extended family members.
