Episode synopsis
The France Association of Chefs has awarded YEE the World Blue Star Chef Award 2011, making her the first Chinese to win the prestigious award. UNCLE KAU suggests throwing a big party in celebration of his as well as the anniversary of his hotel. He assigns HON to take charge of the preparation. TUNG is disappointed that YEE did not invite him to be his partner. In indeed, YEE very much likes to share her important moment with TUNG. So KWAI and HOI-YEE discuss how to help YEE fulfill her wish. CHU tells YEE his whole family is attending the ball to support her. NGA and TUNG show up at the staff cafeteria. YEE musters up the courage to invite him to be her partner. Later, she goes to shop for a piece of expensive evening dress for the celebration party. HON asks TUNG to help him with the set up of the party at the hotel, his main purpose however is to help him get familiar with the venue.… ...

Chung Kwok-Chu is a renowned food critic and an assistant editor-in-chief of a newspaper, Ko Jim Daily. When his son, Si-Hon returns from Canada, Chu is disappointed to find that Si Hon intends to become a chef rather than taking up a professional career. His attempts to guide his son away are thwarted when Shum Bui-yee, a well-known and respected chef, reluctantly accepts Si-Hon as her assistant. Meanwhile, Kwok-Chu struggles to keep peace amongst extended family members.
