Episode synopsis

KWAI visits YEE. YEE tells her HA is much better now and can go to the wet market and cook a meal on her own. CHU asks HOI-YEE if she can work part-time for the supplement assignment. She turns him down gently, as she needs to look after her mother. HA has missed her medicine. HOI-YEE blames YEE for failing to remind HA to take her pills. A fire nearly breaks out while HA is cooking. The two sisters have an argument over this. YEE complains to her friend. On hearing this, KWAI tells her how HOI-YEE helped HA with the stuff she had forgotten when she called on YEE. MING joins their conversation. According to him, HOI-YEE carries a bag of HA’s personal articles, including adult nappies, wherever she goes. YEE opens HOI-YEE’s bag secretly. A look at it make her eyes brim with tears. Chung Kwok-Chu is a renowned food critic and an assistant editor-in-chief of a newspaper, Ko Jim Daily. When his son, Si-Hon returns from Canada, Chu is disappointed to find that Si Hon intends to become a chef rather than taking up a professional career. His attempts to guide his son away are thwarted when Shum Bui-yee, a well-known and respected chef, reluctantly accepts Si-Hon as her assistant. Meanwhile, Kwok-Chu struggles to keep peace amongst extended family members.
