Episode synopsis
TAI TSUN and his wife pretend to be ill, and take sick leave. They like to imagine how chaotic the Honey Cave will become without them. They are ecstatic when they hear that the Honey Cave is closed for a day for the first time, and celebrate with a shark fin dish. They meet PING who has just retired and wants to open a restaurant. He invites them to work for him with 20% extra pay. They hand in their resignation letters and warn that if GUCCI wants to keep them, she has to give them 50% pay rise plus bonus.
