Baba goes out again. Nidhi gets worried. Ashutosh offers to help find Baba. Rohan shows up at Jeevan Sandhya Nursing Home to meet Nidhi. It seems Rohan is falling for Nidhi. Mallika receives an unknown call.

It premiered on 3 October 2011 and is loosely based on the Pakistani classical television drama Dhoop Kinare. Kuch Toh Log Kahenge also airs on Sony Entertainment Television Asia. Kuch Toh Log Kehenge ended on March 28, 2013 due to low ratings and due to the lead actress Kritika Kamra's wanting to quit the show.
