Nidhi involves all the patients and old citizens of Jeevan Sandhya Nursing Home in some or the other games. Baba remembers his past and cries for help. Nidhi calms him down. Rohan finds it difficult to compromise with his newly developed feelings for Nidhi. Nidhi shares about Baba with her family members.

Kuch Toh Log Kehenge ended on March 28, 2013 due to low ratings and due to the lead actress Kritika Kamra's wanting to quit the show.
