Nidhi helps Baba remember his past. It seems the medicines are working on him. Baba remembers some theories and recalls Dr. Ashutoshs name. She rushes to share this news with Ashutosh. He asks her to help him recall his past. With constant pressurizing, he might remember everything concerning his past.

It premiered on 3 October 2011 and is loosely based on the Pakistani classical television drama Dhoop Kinare. Kuch Toh Log Kahenge also airs on Sony Entertainment Television Asia. Kuch Toh Log Kehenge ended on March 28, 2013 due to low ratings and due to the lead actress Kritika Kamra's wanting to quit the show.
