Finally, Khushi's relatives come to Ashutosh's house to take her back to Dehradun. But Khushi insists and requests to not let her go. It becomes more difficult for Ashutosh. Khushi is down with a high fever. Will Ashutosh let her go?

Kuch Toh Log Kehenge ended on March 28, 2013 due to low ratings and due to the lead actress Kritika Kamra's wanting to quit the show.
