Oprah travels to Dallas to meet one of the nation's most influential spiritual leaders, Bishop T.D. Jakes. This charismatic leader is the senior pastor of the Potter's House, a global humanitarian organization and 30,000-member church. Oprah's friends Gayle King and Tyler Perry come along for the experience. Then, Oprah and Bishop Jakes sit down for a provocative conversation about faith, race, ego and love. In this revealing interview, Bishop Jakes opens up about the death of his parents and explains how he became a preacher in his teens.
