A wild storm is blowing over the Island and Abney and Teal shelter inside. The Poc-Pocs soon join them but two are missing! Abney and Teal come up with a plan to save the two Poc-Pocs from a storm monster.

The adventures of two rag dolls named Abney and Teal, who live on a small island in a city park lake. Abney lives in a hut at the base of a tree. Teal sleeps in the branches of the tree, with her only possessions a blanket and an umbrella.
