Episode synopsis

An old classmate comes nearby at the summer training camp. The homeroom teacher that Aiko admired is also with me. Aiko is looking forward to the reopening. However, when I met him, I was informed that the blank space of less than six months was surprisingly large. On the other hand, Spank, who was enthusiastic about the whistle of birds, found a wounded seabird. And as a result of the generous care of Aiko and Spank, the seabird flew back to the group safely. And my old friends also left something in Aiko's heart and went back to Tokyo. Somehow lonely, somehow missing people, the end of summer...

About Hello! Spank

Morimura Aiko is a junior high school student who is short for her age. Her father went on a yacht ten years ago and his whereabouts remained in obscurity. Her mother, a designer for hats, left for Paris, leaving Aiko in the care of her uncle, Mr Fujinami. Aiko had a pet dog, Papi, but it died in a car accident. Around the same time, another dog, Spank, appears before her. Having gone through so many unfortunate events in her life, Spank's presence begins to brighten up Aiko's life and put a smile on her face.
