In La Costa, Central America, Bud Taylor a former ""Outrider"" for the U.S. Government, is murdered in a phony terrorist attack. Before dying, he hides his wife Merilee ant infant son and telephones Mark Reynolds, an American ambassador. Bud warns Mark that there is an international conspiracy in La Costa and that no one can be trusted. Mark is murdered before he can contact the U.S. Government. Merilee is the only one who ran blow the lid on the conspiracy. She contacts Mark's wife, famous fashion photographer Danielle ""Dani"" Reynolds and tells her that her husband was not just an ambassador - he was a secret agent - an Outrider. Dani confronts Henry Tower, Mark's boss and demands to know the whole story. Vowing to track down Mark's killer, Dani recruits Mac Harper, an ex-Green Beret to help her. Death in Vogue

Eric Dukane is a foreign diplomat who is a serial killer, who has managed to evade the law by either creating iron clad alibis or using his diplomatic immunity. Cody, a lawman from Fort Worth whose daughter was one of Dukane's victims has been following wherever he goes. When Dukane uses his diplomatic immunity again and leaves the country, Cody throws away his badge and goes after him. Dani and Mac are sent to make sure that Cody doesn't do anything. When Dukane sets his sights on one of Dani's models, they decide to try and trap him. However, it turns out that Dani is his real target and he has her, Cody confronts him with a gun but is hesitant to shoot but Mac, who is a trained marksman convinces Dukane to give up.

An American couple arrives in Rome to celebrate their 50th anniversary, but they become the targets of a diamond smuggling operation. Dani and Mac must help them.

Mac and Dani are sent to help a man who went after the man who stole from a charity he runs. It seems that the town where the thief is in now, if filled with corrupt officials who arrest the man and made sure that the thief won't be extradited. So they have to save the man and try and get the thief out of the town so he can be arrested.
