Episode synopsis
PUI-CHUNG and SHUI-WAH discover TAI-KWONG in HIU-TUNG's home. TAI-KWONG even helps HIU-TUNG to wipe her mouth. Everybody suspect that TAI-KWONG and HIU-TUNG have special relationship. TAI-KWONG and MAN-SAN discuss about their daughters. TAI-KWONG suggests MAN-SAN to invite TZE-YU for dinner at home. TAI-KWONG's twin brother TAI-YUK is sent to the hospital and TAI-KWONG asks HO-TAK to arrange an operation for him. MAN-SAN tries to learn more about TAI-YUK's condition from CHIN-YEE. YAT-KIN wants to send TZE-YU home but TZE-YU says that she has dated SIU-ANG already. CHIN-YEE finds that Uncle KAM's fever continues after an injection and he has signs of mental disorder as well. TAI-YUK's condition is getting worse. HO-TAK asks TAI-KWONG to sign the DNR form to decide if they should rescue TAI-YUK……

Neurosurgeon Cheung Yat-Kin marries fellow doctor Fan Tze-Yu and the two are happily living together, expecting their first child. However, when Tze-Yu is diagnosed with a tumour, her pregnancy becomes medically unsafe and, much to her dismay, Yat Kin doesn't want her to go through with childbirth. This causes a dangerous rift between the two, one that love alone can't bridge. But before the once-happy couple can focus on their marital problems, Yat-Kin also has to contend with pathology specialist Lok Man-Sang, a new arrival to the hospital who simply cannot go without disagreeing with Yat-Kin, and who also gets involved with Heung Chin-Yi, an internal medicine doctor nearly 20 years his junior with her own heartbreak to deal with.
