Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Phil Burgers is Dr Brown, a classically trained clown and mime artist, who brings his inimitable brand of humour to the small screen, making the ordinary absurd. Mixing mime, funny dialogue and capturing real life characters out and about, Dr Brown brings all the skills from his award-winning stage show into everyday (albeit utterly silly) scenarios.
