Kelly & Rachel

Welcome to The Swan. Where two ugly ducklings to drop dead gorgeous. First up is 28-year-old Kelly, a flight attendant from Abingdon, Maryland. Second is Rachel, a 27-year-old construction company clerk from Sammamish, Washington.

Kristy & Christina

Cristina is a 27 year old who is a office administrator, originally from Ecuador. After giving birth Cristina was left with stretch marks and saggy skin. Krsity is a 23 year old, ex-army Mom from Fort Irwin, California. Her husband is a marine who is 200 miles away. Her problem is her makeup and her hair.

Cindy & Tawnya

Meet Cindy, 32-year-old mom from San Diego, California. Cindy grew up in a small town with a big nose. In her elementary school Halloween program she was chosen to play the witch and that's how she's felt about herself ever since. Cindy's husband thinks she's beautiful, on the inside and out, but that doesn't seem to change the way she thinks about herself. After pregnancy, everything changed - her body widened and drooped and her face grew unwanted hair. Cindy wants her sex life to go from blah to chick-a-bang! Next, meet Tawnya, 40-year-old mother from Colorado. In the past three years, Tawnya has endured a number of painful, life-changing events. Her brother was killed in a tractor accident, her husband asked for a divorce and she was laid-off from work. She feels like an old lady at forty.

Beth & Kathy

Meet Beth, 25, from Milton, Washington. Beth's a wife, mother and Customer Service Supervisor. Following the birth of her son, she suffered the usual wear and tear on her stomach and breasts, which lead to low self-esteem and intimacy issues between her and her husband. She's always thought of herself as one of those people who wouldn't stick around if she discovered her husband was cheating on her but he was and she didn't leave. Why? Because she didn't believe anyone else would ever love her. Her husband expresses his remorse for having hurt her and his fear that when she changes, she may not want to be with him anymore. Beth wants to know what it's like to walk into a room and have heads turn. Next, meet Kathy, 27, part-time student from Lake Villa, Illinois. Kathy recalls a painful adolescence where she was relentlessly teased for her big nose. She describes a scenario where an entire classroom of kids put on fake noses to poke fun at her. Andrea & Belinda

Meet Andrea, 29, single mom and Lasik assistant, living in Westminster, Colorado. Andrea is self-conscious about her nose, hair, breast size and especially her skin. She has a bad case of acne that started when she was in her early twenties. When she looks in the mirror she sees the memories and scars of all the hurtful names she's been called in her life. Her boyfriend, Brian, describes her as either bubbly or depressed. Andrea's afraid her insecurities will adversely affect her own life as well as the life of her young son, Zachary. She believes her relationship with Brian will ultimately end if she doesn't get a handle on her emotions forcing Zachary to grow up without a father in the home. Now meet Belinda, 28, single mom and hospice worker from Las Vegas, Nevada. Belinda used to be the pretty girl with the perfect body who everyone thought should become a model. So she did and it was great. But then she got involved in a string of abusive relationships that diminished her self-con

Sarina & Kelly

Meet Sarina V., 36, Charity Volunteer from Denver, Colorado. Sarina has always felt like the Ultimate Plain Jane but now she's signing up for a chance to become the Ultimate Swan. Sarina recently became divorced after discovering that her husband of four years had been cheating on her. She feels rejected and lacks the confidence needed to put herself out there to meet other men. Her ex-husband realizes he's contributed to her lack of self-esteem and appears to be remorseful Now meet Kelly B., 25, retail salesperson, from Milwaulkee, Wisconsin. Kelly had a great life until… she entered the third grade. There, she was teased mercilessly for her ""odd-shaped nose."" From that point on, her self-confidence plummeted. Her goal now is to become a professional cheerleader.

Marnie & Dawn

Meet Tanya, 31, data processor from Olympia, Washington. Tanya has spent her life hiding. All she sees when she looks in the mirror is her large nose. Merline N., 29, mother of three, from Victorville, California. Merline's never had the chance to put herself first. She's been responsible for others since she was a child and had to interpret for her two deaf parents. She's lived with crooked teeth all her life and dreams of one day having a smile she can be proud of.
