Anga tells Shivani that she must marry Hakim for the sake of the Sultanate's dignity. Jalal plans to fortify his palace on account of Hakim's wedding. Jalal also makes it clear that he wants to capture Abul Mali, who he feels, is plotting against the Sultanate.
