It is Scooby's birthday and Shaggy, Daphne, and Scrappy Doo pretend to forget when they planned a surprise " Its Your Life " bash for Scooby Doo w/ surprise guests Fred Jones and Velma Dinkley but a creep from a past case crashes for revenge on the gang.

Picking up where 'The New Scooby and Scappy Doo Show' left off. The main difference being that the team is now occasionally joined by Daphne Blake and friends to solve mysteries together.
