Episode synopsis

Vibhuti fines Manmohan, assuming that the latter will throw banana peels, and for misbehaving with his cleanliness officers. Vibhuti bars Teeka from fining Angoori despite her littering Vibhuti after the latter flirts with her over her tasty carrot halwa. Anokhelal litters publicly and Happu and wants to be punished brutally, but the cleanliness officers and Happu escape from him. Vibhuti fines Anita for littering her home. Manmohan angrily deems that the cleanliness campaign is fleecing people.
