Episode synopsis
Irene stops in to see Phil Buckley and asks why a competitor of Halstead's has sketches that are supposed to be for her. Buckley advises Irene that Jansen is interested in who did the sketches and that is all. At that point Walter stops in to see Buckley. After Irene leaves Walter tells Buckley that Carol made a play for him. Buckley says that Walter should be able to take care of himself. Buckley calls Matt in and explains the merger. Buckley also offers Matt a job, unfortunately it is a demotion and being on the road a lot. Matt is not happy.

Authors John Pascal and Francine Pascal also wrote for the series. It was produced in Hollywood by Selig Seligman through his production company Selmur Productions. Producers included Richard Dunn and Eugene Barr. The serial was directed by Frank Pacelli. Mike Lawrence was the series announcer.
