Episode synopsis

After completing their training, the Meishan monster came to Zhouying to cause trouble. Although it was a sneak attack, it seemed that they could not get any advantage. The only gain was to chop off Yang Jian's head and come back to show his merit. In a great battle, the merchant army was defeated and fled, and all seven monsters were killed.

The Investiture of the Gods is a 1990 Chinese shenmo television series written by Bing Tian, Gu Hanchang, Ouyang Yuping and Yu Youchen. The television series are based on the classical 16th-century novel Fengshen Yanyi (also known as Investiture of the Gods or Creation of the Gods) written by Xu Zhonglin and Lu Xixing.
