Episode synopsis
YUNG misconceives that CHIT is hurt and she is overjoyed to find him in good shape. While KIT drives his car to the transaction venue, his car crashes with TSEUNG’s car. BUN seizes the chance to replace KIT’s briefcase with the real jewellery. KIT and HO are accused for transacting blood diamond. BUN explains himself to KIU and KIU hits him angrily. HO threatens KIT to accept all the guilt alone so as to ensure the safety of MARBLE. HO is released eventually. YEUNG and KEUNG ask KIU to talk to LEI. They want her to persuade LEI to resign from her job and stay away from HO. LEI rejects her for she is angry that YEUNG doesn’t trust her at all. BUN resorts himself to drink in the pub and TSEUNG drives him home. BUN is drunk and he misconceives that TSEUNG is KIU. He sends TSEUNG a diamond ring and they make love with each other. A sum of drug money triggers a battle of wits between Kwong Yeung and Ko Chi, a detective and a thief. Yeung gradually discovers the true identity of Chi is a mob chief who uses the restaurant business to cover his illegal activities. Despite all efforts, Yeung lacks sufficient evidence to support allegations against Chi. Nevertheless, Yeung keeps a close eye on Chi and believes in the ultimate triumph of good over evil.
