Episode synopsis
On his seventieth birthday Vasos announces that he is retiring, leading Stath to assume he will take over Michael and Angel - until Vasos changes his mind, interviewing bot Carole and Stath for the leadership. Carole seems to be the front runner but then Vasos makes a surprise announcement whilst Al brings his Japanese girlfriend to the office, causing Sophie dismay.

Follows incompetent Greek-Cypriot lettings agent Stath, who works for the family business, Michael and Eagle. While Stath wrestles not to be outshone by their top agent, ruthlessly ambitious Carole, the company struggles against the threat of Smethwicks - the slick, high-end estate agents next door.
