Episode synopsis
We searched for cats amidst the beautiful greenery of Miyagi. In a glass workshop on the outskirts of Sendai, there is a beautiful calico cat whose expression and movements change as soon as he steps outside, as if he is in the savanna. In Kurihara, a museum converted from an old house, the cats are busy patrolling, preparing for the museum's opening. In Osaki, we met a cat that had been rescued after the earthquake at a farm surrounded by forests. There were six cats at Miyagi's traditional kokeshi workshop. Many cats have lived here for a long time, but for some reason only one is allowed inside the workshop, a strange rule.
