Episode synopsis

This episode of animal photographer Iwago Mitsuaki's popular series takes him to Cambodia in Southeast Asia. The shoot took place during the dry season, where stilt houses on the shores of a lake are 6m above ground level. At this time of year, shops are set up in the open air, and cats roam among them. Iwago aimed to capture the movements of these cats. In the humid and muggy climate of Cambodia, hammocks are perfect for taking afternoon naps, and a kitty is napping underneath it, when something happens. A cat is also spotted strolling among the ruins of Angkor Wat, and its beautiful silhouette against the setting sun is also a highlight
