Episode synopsis
SUK-HAN is very nervous to discover that YIU is checking out JIU-JO’s jade pendant. She finally agrees to buy the jade pendant at 200 thousand dollars. MA YAU persuades JIU-JO not to sell the jade pendant or he may lose his job. She promises to find another buyer for him but JIU-JO has no comment on it. JIU-JO discovers that the jade pendant in his pocket is broken and he is shocked. SUK-HAN gives him 100 thousand dollars as compensation. MA YAU comes to unmask SUK-HAN. SUK-HAN tells CHING that she has a gift for her father. CHING agrees to invite SUK-HAN to LUNG-FUK’s birthday banquet. SUK-HAN learns from LUNG-FUK that somebody has cheated him by offering a fake jade pendant to him before. She suddenly realizes that JIU-JO’s pendant is not the one LUNG-FUK wants and she tries to stop LUNG-FUK from opening her gift. However, LUNG-FUK opens it eventually and SUK-HAN is very scared…

MA FU, a retired employee of the HK Correctional Services Department, moved back to live with his son after retirement.
