Episode synopsis
BING recommends MA KEUNG to take some wooden furniture. WING-HUNG says that BING is not giving MA KEUNG any preferential treatment. He finds it unbelievable that MA KEUNG still remember BING’s goodness long time ago. WING-HUNG discovers a nicely carved wooden chair. MA KEUNG offers a price to Mr PAK according to CHUNG BIU’s suggestion but Mr PAK finds the price under expectation and the transaction is shelved. CHUNG BIU meets Mr LAM in MAN-HOI’s shop. He discovers that Mr LAM is looking for his ancestor’s carved wooden chair and it is exactly the one that Mr PAK is selling. WING-HUNG and SHEUNG KWUN FEI discover CHUNG BIU negotiating the price of the wooden chair with Mr PAK in the restaurant. They tell MA KEUNG about it and they suspect that CHUNG BIU is betraying MA KEUNG. CHUNG BIU goes to take the wooden chair at Mr PAK’s place and he is shocked to discover MA KEUNG, WING-HUNG and FEI there……

MA FU, a retired employee of the HK Correctional Services Department, moved back to live with his son after retirement. MA FU treats and disciplines everyone in his family as if they were the offenders he works with in his job. His youngest son MA CHONG feels like he's in jail when he gets home, and his father is even often involved with his job as a paralegal. The father and son get into disputes daily and his elder brother MA KEUNG and his wife LO LAI SEUNG are often stuck in between and have to settle the disputes. The couple also holds the heavy responsibility of raising their kids. Three generations in the MA family all live together and encounter different situations, experiences and system of values.
