Iron Chef Hugh Acheson returns to the kitchen stadium to face challenger Chef Brandon Olsen and a battle over arctic char. Chef Acheson is joined by trusty Sous Chefs Sam Hendon and Rob MacDonald, while Chef Olsen brings Sous Chefs James Macadam and Matt Johnson into the kitchen stadium for an epic showdown. Judges Jonathan Cheung, Martin Yan, and Jackie Kai Ellis are tasked with assessing the final dishes and declaring a winner.
