Episode synopsis

Legendary Iron Chef Hugh Acheson takes on challenger Chef Alex Chen for a tomato-driven competition. Chef Acheson will bring Sous Chefs Sam Herndon and Ron MacDonald into the kitchen stadium, while Chef Chen brings Sous Chefs Connor Sperling and Kenta Takahashi into battle with him. Judges Franco Stalteri, Adam Gollner, and Mijune Pak will sample the final dishes, and declare a winner.
